Now days doctor’s advices are always about following modern techniques that seems easy and natural, but have more impact on eyes and present the best results. Eye yoga technique is simply by moving the eyes both at the same time up and down, right and left and without blinking (this technique revive dead cells), repeat the test for 3 times per day.
